Sprint planning
Hi,
This is how I currently understand the sprint planning activity.
Expected outcomes of a sprint planning
- sprint review date and time
- sprint goal
- definition of done
- selection
- sprint backlog
If you play the Scrum game, then you could add to this list:
- Product Owner
- Dev team
- Scrum Master
How to play the planning
- clear a board and create a placeholder for each expected outcome
- iterate until 10/10 is reached
- ask any help that you need (look at Product Backlog, verify priorities, check the code, take a break, …)
- play the perfection game on all outcomes together
- update the board with ideas of improvement
- close the meeting
Note that the first perfection game will fill the board with the first version of the outcomes. Note also that the Perfection game works better when respecting its associated commitments and considering its associated notes.
